Eco-Lodging--Stay with Us!

Come experience The Nancy Place !

We host travelers from all over the world and from all walks of life here on our homestead. Our bookings fill up to brimming here on the homestead each spring, summer and fall with guests wanting both a slice of Maine's best and a glimpse of the Sweet Life that we've carved out for ourselves.  We truly want to help you have a memorable stay-- come get-away, meet some goats, and see what back-roads Maine has to offer.

Our mission on the homestead is to promote harmony with self, others & the planet.  Hosting is one of the ways we are working toward that mission. We invite our guests to experience a piece of our lives through living in closer harmony with their natural selves and environment-- guests get to deepen into the sounds of crickets, tree frogs, and owls under the starlit nights, all the while being driving distance from our only National Park, our sweet coastal villages, and many many choices for blueberry pie and Maine Lobster. Our site also boasts extensive food gardens, a wild blueberry field, an array of farm animals, a farm stand and other projects.  Our land also connects to a 5,000 acre land trust (Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust-- the Wildlands) and you can walk through our forested trails right onto theirs. Farmer Shawn also switches hats to Land Trust Steward and can easily direct you to the best hiking, biking, and exploring right out the doorstep.

The three Airbnb sites we have on property are each unique, off-grid, and lots of fun. We offer add-ons of  a canoe rental, a freshly-picked farm order of veggies & herbs, blueberries, organic chicken or even breakfast delivered right to your doorstep!
